Thanks to support from the Jamie Daniels Foundation, we are expanding ConCERN to parents, guardians, and other trusted adults supporting young people ages 12–25.

What is the ConCERN for Youth Study?

ConCERN stands for the “Concerned  Caregivers  Education  for  Resource  Navigation” study, which tests a brief educational website aiming to help caregivers like parents or other trusted adults who support young people ages 12-25 who have addictions. It provides information to reduce stigma, tools to navigate the healthcare system, tips for positive communication, and advice on self-care for caregivers.

What’s involved?

Use a brief educational website with information about addiction and its treatment
Take three surveys

Who can participate?

Parents, other guardians, or other trusted adults of an adolescent or young adult (ages 12-25) who has an addiction or struggles with drug misuse
Has a mobile phone, tablet, or computer they can use to see our website and take surveys

Compensation

You can receive up to $100 for participating in the surveys
